Sherry was awesome! She went above and beyond our expectations. The house market is crazy and we had been looking for a couple of years but never found our perfect home. Finally, one popped up that had a previous contract and the buyer backed out a day prior to closing. We put an offer on it and it was accepted! Finally a home that was meant to be and would fit our family! We closed within 3 weeks. Once we moved, we called Sherry to help us list our prior home. She gave us advice, listed it, and had a contract on it within 3 days. She kept us informed the whole way communicating with the buyers agent on the status. She had it sold and closed within that month of listing it! She was wonderful to work with! If we ever go to move again she is who I will call!!
